Being a long-established luxury resort located in the heart of Phuket, we were tasked with crafting a content strategy to revitalize its brand communications and online presence.
Through an in-person workshop with the team, we explored the brand’s unique selling points, key message and brand personalities, working with different stakeholders and perspectives in order to bridge the gap between the brand DNA and current perception.
